About Me
I’m a full-time Human Givens Psychotherapist, offering brief, solution-focused therapy for adults, OAPS and young people.
I work with individuals to overcome a variety of challenges, namely being but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, overwhelm, stress, phobias and relationship issues.
My aim is to provide my clients with support and give them the space and tools to move towards a successful next life chapter. I use a combination of psycho-education and highly effective therapeutic techniques, to help individuals identify their unmet needs, discover their resources and learn invaluable coping mechanisms.
When this happens successfully, it is almost impossible for a person to feel emotionally or mentally unwell, and from there, happiness grows and more possibilities open up, changing both the future short and long term for the better.
My clients often feel empowered and motivated from as early as the first session, as they feel equipped to take the necessary steps, however big or small, to make a meaningful difference. As a Human Givens Psychotherapist, I am committed to offering you the below, if you choose to work with me:

What are the first steps towards making meaningful change?
Step 1:
The first step towards meaningful change is to book a free consultation call (via video or phone). I provide this time so that I can better understand what it is you would like to achieve from therapy with myself and how we can achieve that goal together. It also provides the opportunity for you to ask me any questions you have might have.
Step 2:
If you’re keen to move forward, we can book a 60-minute session and from there. You can choose whether you’d like a session face-to-face, online, or perhaps a mixture of both. Afterwards, you’ll be emailed with some start up information, including a couple of brief forms and my Terms of Business. Complete and return the forms, and then look forward to our first session!
Step 3:
And that’s it… you’ve done it. You’ve taken the first steps towards making meaningful change. Your journey towards investing in yourself and towards the changes you want to see has only just begun.
