1:1 Psychotherapy - Online
60 Minutes | £90
Online psychotherapy is offered via Google Meets, providing a flexible and accessible option for clients who prefer to attend sessions remotely. This service is well-suited for individuals with busy schedules, limited mobility, frequent travel, or those living outside of London or the UK. I work with clients globally, offering consistent, high-quality therapeutic support regardless of location.
Online therapy provides the same level of professionalism, confidentiality, and depth as in-person sessions, while allowing you to engage in therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
Online sessions also allow for the use of a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including guided imagery and relaxation-based techniques, which can be highly beneficial when working with anxiety, stress, overwhelm, trauma-related symptoms, and emotional regulation. These techniques can be just as effective online as they are in person and are introduced thoughtfully, for when they feel supportive for you.
Online sessions take place Monday to Thursday between 10:00am and 7:30pm.

1:1 Psychotherapy - F2F
60 Minutes | £110
In-person psychotherapy sessions take place in Earls Court, London, in a quiet, confidential, and comfortable therapeutic setting designed to promote safety and ease. Meeting face-to-face allows for a deeply relational and relaxing experience, where verbal and non-verbal communication can be explored in real time, supporting a strong therapeutic connection.
A key benefit of working in person is the opportunity to incorporate therapeutic approaches, such as the Rewind Technique, where appropriate. These methods can be particularly effective when working with trauma, phobias, anxiety, or distressing events, and can significantly enrich the therapeutic process. Their use is always carefully considered and introduced only when they are suitable for what you would like to explore, and when it feels safe and supportive for you.
My clients often feel empowered and motivated from as early as the first session, as they feel equipped to take the necessary steps, however big or small, to make a meaningful difference.
F2F sessions take place in Earls Court on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

90 Minutes | £180
The Wellbeing M.O.T is a focused, one-off session designed to help you gain clarity, balance, and direction in your mental and emotional wellbeing.
Drawing on professional therapy experience and coaching techniques, we will explore your physical and emotional needs, your challenges, and what’s currently holding you back.
Through in-depth discussion around sleep, routine, lifestyle habits and environments, this session will help you build a foundation to meet your emotional and physical needs in a balanced and healthy way.
There is an option for a guided imagery rehearsal to support calm and positive change.
The Wellbeing M.O.T is an investment in your mind, as a full service for your mental wellbeing.
After the session, you’ll leave with:
1. A clear, personalised plan for improving your wellbeing.
2. Practical insights you can apply immediately.
3. Optional recordings to revisit whenever you need support or grounding.
